In case a client requests a service not available from your company, you can co-load with us.
SERVICES TO OTHER FORWARDERS/BROKERS/NVOCC (BACK OFFICE):
We can assist other similar companies as their back office solution so you don't need to worry about working on each shipment. We will cover you from A-Z on a shipment, you just need to take care of your clients and receive their checks. You can also route all the calls and emails to our back office center
and we will take care for you of the communications with your clients.
TRAFFIC/LOGISTIC DEPARTMENT:
We are in full capacity of taking care of your logistic department; either by providing you with an A-Z solution or individual roles for your organization.
CONSULTING:
We can evaluate either from a single shipment to a complete traffic or logistics department, analyzing the procedures, reducing your costs or assisting on any requirements such as reducing shipment transit times, avoiding documentation errors, etc.
INSURANCE:
Insurance is available for almost all shipments, though we may impose some restrictions due to specific commodity or loading/unloading cities and we also may limit its coverage.
CARGO PROTECTION:
You can protect your cargo providing us instructions not to release cargo without receiving your explicit authorization or the legal documents that holds the power of release.
TRAINING:
Staff training is available for advance communication systems, custom clearance, international transport, documentation, letter of credit, etc.

Please note that service list shown above is a general list of our services and new shipments or new clients are subject to verification and approval prior to our acceptance. Naturally there are some limitations that can make us refuse a particular shipment or client such as commodity type, importer/exporter bad records, malpractice, incomplete information, fake documentation, or any illegal and negative intentions.
